Fundamentals of Raw Chocolate Class

I attended a raw chocolate workshop that Amy gave in Amsterdam. We were all so stoked to see Amy (because she is the best!) and absorb as much information as we could. It was AWESOME! Besides that, I now know a lot more about making heavenly filled chocolates. The greatest thing is that I am now unstoppably enthusiastic and found my drive to follow my passion. Immediately when I got home after the class, I made a lot of different candied nuts, nut butters, coloured chocolate and coloured coconut. Can’t wait until the last ingredients arrive so I can put it all together and make delicious, wonderful, tasty, heavenly raw chocolates!
