I’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to use the contact form below to drop me a message or ask a question.
I’d like to learn with you, but I am not sure if it’s best I come for an in person class or enrol in your online courses. What do you recommend?
This really depends on your learning style. The vast majority of my students learn best in a hands on environment. For this reason, I suggest coming for a live group class or a private lesson and then enrolling in my associated online course. For this reason, you will receive 40% off the online course(s) if you choose to join one after having a live experience with me.
I don’t offer certificates of completion, however, if you require one for your business or grants you are applying for, you can have one designed to meet your needs and I will sign it for you. I do not offer certificates that ‘certify’ you as something, for example a Raw Chocolatier or Pastry Chef. Certifications like that require far more than a 4-8 hours of training, in my opinion and personal experience.
I do not offer discounts on my group or private courses.
I don’t see the class that I want to join listed on your live events page, will you be adding classes to your schedule?
The best way to stay up to date with my group and online courses is to join my mailing list. This way you’re the first to know when live dates are added, new online courses are available or for promotions. I also send a weekly free recipe too 🙂
I’d like to learn privately with you. Do you only teach your group class outlines in private lessons or do you offer bespoke learning?
My preference is always to create a bespoke class as it meets the individual where they are in their learning process and the class is tailored, both before hand and as we go along, to support the student in that process. However, if you like the look of a particular group class, we can certainly cover that in a private lesson.
