Terms and Conditions

By booking a course with Amy Levin you agree to and are confirming that you accept the following terms and conditions.

Amy Levin reserves the right to alter the timing or content of any course or to cancel a course at any time. The right is reserved to make alterations to all course fees and dates given in brochures or on the Internet. Notification will be given as soon as possible in the event of such changes.

Payment:

Payment should be made in full at the time of booking. Amy Levin cannot take provisional bookings and we are unable to confirm your place on a course until we have received payment in full.

Cancellation:

Live In Person Classes 

You may cancel up to 14 days before the start of a live, in person course in order to receive a refund, this must be given in writing or e-mail. Payment processing fees will be deducted. The e-mail must be sent to [email protected]. An administration charge of £30 will be applied. Refunds in other circumstances are at our discretion.

Livestream Online Classes 

If you wish to cancel a booking for a livestream online class, written notice must be given prior to 48 hours of the event start time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel prior to 48 hours in advance, you will receive a partial refund, as processing and admin fees are deducted.

In the unlikely event that it should be necessary for Amy Levin to cancel a course, student cancellation, tutor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, Amy Levin will refund your course fees in full, or offer you a suitable alternative within a reasonable period of time. However, we do not accept liability for your travel costs if you have paid fares in advance. If this is a concern to you, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Full copyright of course content developed by Amy Levin is retained by Amy Levin. Course notes and reference materials are provided to support attendees in their studies and ongoing development and is issued for personal use only. A lot of work has gone into the development of our course content and it has commercial value. The sharing of course materials by print, press, photocopy, email, blogs, internet or any digital transfer medium is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Amy Levin. If in doubt, please ask about what is and isn’t acceptable usage.
