Having Amy’s raw chocolate courses on therawchef.com makes me so proud.  Our students love learning about raw chocolate from Amy, because she’s so knowledgeable and methodical.  Seeing people going from knowing very little to being able to create chocolate that even surprises them, and in some cases, turns into a professional venture, is so awesome to see.

I’m always learning from Amy myself too, both from how to make awesome chocolates and desserts, to how she breaks those subjects down in a simple and enjoyable way.
