All are free from wheat, gluten & refined sugar and, of course, they’re plant based.
This class will give you the recipes, techniques and methods needed to make amazing, healthy ‘baked’ goods at home or work.
What you’ll learn…
This 90-120 min livestream class is designed for both beginners and intermediate students alike. You don’t need to have a dehydrator to make the recipes from this class, you can also use your oven, and we’ll talk about that in class.
My teaching style and ethos is to give people tried and tested base recipes that you can chop and change to create something new and different.
Banana Walnut Bread
I’ve loved banana bread since I was a kid, so when I got into raw foods, I wanted to make one that was soft, moist and brimming with banana flavour. This one hits every mark! Students who have made it themselves have messaged me to express how much they enjoy it and how similar it is to its cooked counterpart; success! 🙂
Caramel Chunk Brownies
If you like brownies, you’re going to love this luxurious version with silky smooth caramel ganache chunks. My signature ganache recipe is fool proof, easy to make and highly versatile. At the same time, this brownie recipe alone is incredible. I have refined it over the last decade to a rich, fudgey brownie that can be used as a tart crust, disc in bonbons or an element in multi layered desserts. These brownies will no doubt become a cornerstone of your kitchen adventures.
Berry Linzer Cookies
These are my absolute all time favourite cookie. They’re light and crisp on the outside, but once you bite into that jam, it’s fireworks of amazing flavours and textures. You can make this dough chocolate or vanilla, change up the jam, choose a different shape, give them a glaze… so much possibility.
How Does It Work?
- After you’ve purchased this livestream class, you’ll be sent a confirmation email, which includes a link to register for the class.
- After to register, you’ll receive an email that will contain your link to join the class on the designated date and time.
- At the time and date of the class you’ll connect via the Zoom software (no extra charge to you).
- You’ll be able to see and hear me. We’ll say hello when you join, so you can confirm you can hear OK.
- Whilst I’m teaching you can type questions for me to answer. I’ll make sure we answer all questions.
- You’ll receive the class book and a recording of the session within 1-2 days of the livestream.
- Note: This is not a follow along workshop, so there’s no need to shop for any ingredients prior to the class.
