I purchased Amy’s book over three years ago when I had just started my company Loco Love. Her book helped me to understand how to temper raw chocolate, something I was having difficulty with. Years have passed and I have now learnt the way to properly temper chocolate, her knowledge was invaluable. Amy’s recipes are always so thoughtful and much more refined than the average raw chocolate recipes. Three years later and my chocolate business Loco Love is a success and chocolate making has become my greatest passion. We stock in over 60 stores Australia wide and planning to export to the US early next year.
