Attended Fundamentals of Raw Chocolate and Candy Bars & Bombs
Cooking has been important in my family for generations, however, it was always classical. My passion and focus was always oriented towards healthy and nutritious food (sweets and chocolate in particular). I knew that Amy specialised in raw, organic food and looking at her food always makes me drool. I decided to take my amateur skills to the professional level and I could not imagine a better teacher. I have completed two courses of raw chocolate making. The atmosphere during the courses was amazing. Thanks to Amy I got a better understanding of the essential ingredients and processes in chocolate making. We prepared a mix of chocolate confectionery in order to learn various techniques and processes. The course was everything I expected and beyond. It inspired me to develop my skills and I started to produce my own chocolate. Right now I am working on my own brand.
