Stone ground dark chocolate shell filled with molasses clove caramel and walnut gingerbread praline.

Maple Cashew Bonbon

Stone ground dark chocolate shell filled with a blonde cashew praline and salted maple caramel.

Chocolate Cherry Bonbon

Stone ground dark chocolate shell filled with a tart cherry caramel and dark chocolate ganache with cinnamon.

Orange Vodka Bonbon

Stone ground dark chocolate shell filled with an orange vodka caramel ganache made from local Single Estate Ramsbury Vodka and their local Honey.

Coffee, Banana & Sambuca Bonbon

Stone ground dark chocolate shell filled with caramelised bananas and a coffee sambuca dark chocolate ganache.

Hand painted bonbons

These bonbons are hand painted using naturally coloured (not raw) cocoa butters. If you’d like more information on these products, click here and here.

We use only the best flavour extracts from Medicine Flower. They are 100% pure and natural. Click here to learn more about them – we use the Gold and Silver lines. 

Ingredients

Gingerbread Bonbon

Cocoa paste, cocoa butter, coconut sugar, molasses, maple syrup, gluten free oats, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, oatly cream, walnuts, sea salt, tamari, natural flavour extracts

Maple Cashew Bonbon

Cocoa butter, cocoa paste, coconut sugar, maple syrup, oatly non dairy cream, cashews, tamari, sea salt and natural flavour extracts.

Orange Vodka Bonbon

Cocoa butter, cocoa paste, coconut sugar, orange juice, oatly non dairy cream, honey, vodka, raw cane sugar, gf oat flour, almond, sweet orange essential oil and natural flavour extracts.

Coffee, Banana & Sambuca Bonbon

Cocoa butter, cocoa paste, coconut sugar, coffee, bananas, maple syrup, tamari, oatly non dairy cream, sambuca and natural flavour extracts.

Chocolate Cherry Bonbon 

Cacao paste, coconut sugar, cacao butter, oatly non dairy cream, sour cherry molasses (100% cherry) maple syrup, tamari, sea salt and medicine flower extracts.

Caring for your bonbons

It’s best to store them at a room temp of 18c-20c and enjoy within 4-6 weeks. If your room temp exceeds 20c, store in an airtight container in the fridge.

These bonbons will be soft at room temp and firm from the fridge. Either way, they’re equally delicious.

I have attended two days Bonbons Intensive class which was an amazing experience! Amy is very knowledgeable, gave us so much information and tips on how to do shelling, capping, how to pair flavours, what to avoid when making bonbons, where to purchase ingredients and equipment and much more. I think this is a must to attend class for all the beginners and also for those who already have a bit of experience in making bonbons. I was very pleased with the result after the class, bonbons looked amazing and sooo delicious. Thank you Amy so much for these amazing two days!

Amy was such a fun teacher, chef, personality! Being 💯 new to her innovative brilliance with chocolate and the general concept of how to create flavor layering😬, Amy skillfully created an exciting duo session that suited the skills of my vegan chef friend and myself. When you book a private or small group session, know that you should allot some time to explore the beautiful countryside before or after your session with Amy!
