This class will give you the recipes, techniques and methods needed to make delicious, probiotic rich, easy cheesecakes at home or work.

This 2 hour livestream class is designed for beginners. We use a dehydrator for one element, but you could easily use your oven instead.
My teaching style and ethos is to give people tried and tested base recipes that you can chop and change to create something new and different.

What you’ll learn …

Ginger Bug
We’ll make and use ginger bug as a starter for the fermented cream cheese base used as the filling for these cheesecakes. It’s really easy to make and costs less than £2. Least expensive probiotics ever. 🙂 If you’re not into making the Bug, no worries. We’ll also discuss alternatives.

Neapolitan Cheesecake

We used to make this one in my live classes and people loved it! Aside from the beautiful design, as seen in the photos above, the flavour combo is the best. Classic as it comes; chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. For this one we’ll make a really easy chocolate crust, no dehydrator required.

Caramelised Banana Cheesecake

This cheesecake is something special, indeed. The filling is made with caramelised bananas, which we make in class, the crust is a delicious no bake chocolate crust and the topping is velvety chocolate ganache. If you have friends or family members who think eating healthy means no taste and no indulgence…. give them a slice of this baby!
