This class is suitable for everyone
We’ll make a selection of 3 gorgeous chocolates for you to box up and gift to friends and family.

It’s nearly Christmas time and what better gift to give friends and family then handmade, healthy chocolates! We’ll spend the day making pretty little chocolates with a cup of mulled wine hot cocoa, Christmas music in the background and good vibes all around.
This class is all about having fun and making handmade gifts for your loved ones. I hear so often that people had intended to make their gifts this year, but then ran out of time. Well, I’m giving you the gift if time 🙂 In this 4 hour class we’ll make, decorate and box up 3 different chocolates for you to gift to loved ones. Each box holds 4 chocolates and you’ll take 3-4 boxes away with you.
What we’ll make on the day
We’ll be using homemade Stone Ground chocolate throughout this class, so if you have never worked with it before, this is a great intro for you. This is the same as using couverture (pre-made chocolate). On the day we’ll make the following chocolates…
- Christmas Spice Cranberry Bonbon. We’ll make hollow shells, crumble in some Pecan Sage Feuilettine and fill with a Spiced Cranberry Caramel.
- Roasted Hazelnut Truffle! An absolute classic. We’ll be making these with a waterless ganache, setting in a silicone mould, hand rolling in dark chocolate and coating in a dark cocoa powder. Perfect holiday vibes.
- Roasted Almond Praline. These are incredible and super easy to make. We’ll cast chocolate into a polycarbonate mould, fill it with a rich almond praline & dark roasted almond and finish it with gold decor. A bit of bling for the holidays!
We’ll then pack them into lovely little boxes and tie them up with a ribbon for you to take away with you. The chocolates will keep 7-10 days from the day we make them and are best stored in the fridge.
Because most of us are practical learners, this class is as hands on as possible, about 60%.
This class is all about making chocolates and having a fun, relaxed day together. You’ll be able to participate as little or as much as you’d like.
In order to keep this class easy for everyone, the chocolate used will be pre made (by me 🙂 ) and not covered during this class. If you are interested in learning how to make chocolate from scratch, my Fundamentals of Raw Chocolate class is the place for you.

Frequently asked questions
I've got a few years experience making raw chocolate at home, can I jump into this class without taking the Fundamentals class first?
As everyone will make chocolate differently, it’s important to me that you have learned with me directly and have put into practice the skills and recipes taught in the Fundamentals class. This class really builds upon the foundations we lay in that class, so it’s a pre-req for that reason.
The best starting place for you would be the Fundamentals of Raw Chocolate class as this will help you to lay a solid foundation of knowledge and know how. This class builds off of that one. Alternatively, you might like to have a private class with me so we can focus on exactly what you’d like to learn for your business.
